Young goalkeeper Andrew McCorkell has been called-up to the Northern Ireland Under-19 squad for their two Dutch friendlies.
The first-year scholar will travel to Amsterdam with his international team-mates on Monday 23rd March ahead of their first fixture with Holland U19s, which takes on the Thursday evening.
Northern Ireland’s youngsters will then face Dutch club side AZ Alkmaar U19s two days later before travelling back to the UK on Sunday.
McCorkell is the second Dons goalkeeper to receive international recognition within the last week, along with schoolboy Nathan Pickworth who was selected in the Wales U15s squad for their double-header with Poland.
