MK Dons have signed Wigan Athletic defender Jack Hendry on loan until 7th January.
Glasgow-born Hendry, 21, made four Scottish Premiership appearances for Partick Thistle before moving to the DW Stadium in October 2015. He featured three times for the Latics last season and also impressed while on loan at Shrewsbury Town.
He will be eligible to make his debut in Sunday’s Sky Bet League One clash with Northampton Town and his deal will run up until and including the fixture with Oldham Athletic at Stadium MK.
Karl Robinson told mkdons.com: “He’s a good size and is good with the ball at his feet – he’ll suit our style of play.
“We’ve watched him ourselves on a number of occasions and we’ve also had good reports on him from respected people in the game.
“He’ll add depth to a key position and I’m looking forward to working with him for the next four months.”
Robinson added: “I’d like to thank David Sharpe and Gary Caldwell for their support and co-operation on a busy day.”
