The Club will directly contact clubGold, clubPlatinum and clubBlack Season Ticket holders to discuss their options.
How to select option
Each Season Ticket holder will be able to find their refund entitlement in their online ticket account. This will also be where you can select your preferred option.
To access your online ticket account from 1pm on Wednesday:
- Click HERE to visit the Online Ticket service
- Under the Login section, enter your customer number and password – your customer number will be the eight-digit number on your Season Ticket card.
- If you have not used the online ticket service before your password will be your postcode in upper case with no space (e.g. MK11ST).
- If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? and fill in the details as prompted. You will then receive a link to reset your password.
- Once you have logged in, follow the link to view your personal preference options.

Alternatively, Season Ticket holders can email boxoffice@mkdons.com and declare their preferred option.
Official 2020/21 replica black shirt option
The option to receive an official 2020/21 replica black shirt, or a 50% voucher towards one, is no longer available. This offer had to be selected by 5pm on Friday 3 July.
For those who selected this option prior to the deadline, the Club will announce details of when your shirt will be posted/can be collected, which we anticipate will be in August.
