Oxford United (A)
Supporters are entitled to a full refund on their Oxford United away match tickets.
If any supporter would prefer to use their refund entitlement against away tickets in future, then the Club will provide this opportunity but would like to stress that there is no certainty that guidance from the government or EFL will permit away travel at the start of next season.
Supporters who purchased official away travel for the Oxford United fixture are also entitled to a full refund on their coach tickets.
Again, if any supporter would prefer to use their refund entitlement against away travel in future, then the Club will provide this opportunity but would like to stress that there is no certainty that guidance from the government or EFL will permit away travel at the start of next season.
You can find your refund entitlement in your online ticket account. This is also where you can select your preferred option.
To access your online ticket account:
- Click HERE to visit the Online Ticket service
- Under the Login section, enter your customer number and password – your customer number can either be the eight-digit number on your Season Ticket card or home match ticket, or the order confirmation number (number starting with 101 or 15) that you received.
- If you have not used the online ticket service before your password will be your postcode in upper case with no space (e.g. MK11ST).
- If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password? and fill in the details as prompted. You will then receive a link to reset your password.
- Once you have logged in, follow the link to view your personal preference options.

If any supporter would prefer to use their refund entitlement against home match tickets for the 2020/21 season, then the Club will provide this opportunity.
