A round-up of all the action from the Dons players currently out on loan…

A rundown on all the action of MK Dons’ loanees, which includes a total of six players currently out on loan.

Craig MacGillivray
Goalkeeper MacGillivray joined Sky Bet League One side Stevenage on loan during the January transfer window.

Since joining the Boro, the Dons loanee has seen a total of nine appearances whilst maintaining one clean sheet during his time in the third tier of English football so far. He has also made a total of 12 saves during his loan move.

The shot-stopper earned his Stevenage debut on the road against Wigan Athletic, which saw a 3-2 victory at The DW Stadium.

Since his first Stevenage sighting, Craig has supported his loan side in three wins and two draws as they go in search of battling for the last Play-Off place during their final two league matches.

Nathan Harness
After signing terms at Stadium MK from Charlton Athletic in the summer, Nathan Harness made his Dons debut in the EFL Trophy before suffering an injury that sadly side-line the ‘keeper for multiple months.

On his return from the medical room, Nathan featured in his first MK Dons league game before sealing a loan move to National League outfit Gateshead, where he has been a consistent starter in their Play-Off push.

Upon joining The Heed, Harness has only seen one defeat whilst he has been between the sticks. Earning his first clean sheet in a 1-0 victory over Rochdale, the goalkeeper has also helped Gateshead secure their spot in the National league Play-Offs, currently sitting sixth in the table.

Harness will be determined to continue his positive impact within the last two games of the season before embarking in the National League Play-Off campaign.

Conor Grant
The MK Dons midfielder secured his loan move to Barnsley on deadline day of the January transfer window after his 18-month stint at Stadium MK.

Grant has seen his fair share of appearances whilst brandishing the badge of MK Dons, but he now faces a new challenge in League One until the end of the season.

The Irishman has accumulated a total of ten appearances whilst on loan and contributed his first goal for the Tykes against Wycombe Wanderers within his fifth game.

Grant, alongside Barnsley now prepare to face the league leaders Portsmouth as they seek to end their league campaign in strong fashion before taking on the Play-Off competition.

Darragh Burns
Initially signing from the League of Ireland side St Patricks Athletic in the summer of 2022, Burns returned to his home country on loan to league rivals Shamrock Rovers.

During the early stages of the 2024 January transfer window, Burns made his move back to Ireland, where has since seen consistent involvement from the start of their season in early February.

It took just three games for Burns to put his name on the scoresheet against Derry City. The forward’s first goal for the Hoops was also accompanied by an assist which helped to secure a point in a 2-2 draw.

Since his first successful strike, Burns has found the back of the net on a further two separate occasions whilst also adding another two assists to his stats.

Shamrock Rovers recently recorded a 3-0 triumph over Silgo Rovers, which saw an important three points gained as the Rovers currently sit fourth in the League of Ireland Premier Division table.

Dawson Devoy
Devoy departed on loan to fellow Sky Bet League Two competitors, Swindon Town.

The midfielder went straight into the fold as soon as possible when he made his debut in a trip to face Crewe Alexandra. Following that, and during his first home bow, Devoy fired in his first goal for the Robins in a 2-0 win over Bradford City.

After his first goal of the season, Dawson went on to acquire a further 11 appearances with Swindon. His most recent sighting saw the midfielder increase his goal tally with a winning brace at the County Ground Stadium.

Devoy and Swindon will look to finish the season strongly in their final three games.

Mo Eisa

Eisa joined Exeter City on loan until the end of the season, at which time, the forward’s contract at Stadium MK runs out after his two-and-a-half-year stint with the Club.

The Sudanese international has seen 11 appearances within the Sky Bet League One competition this year whilst playing his part in five wins and three draws.

Eisa - Exeter 2.jpegMo saw his first and only Grecians goal so far in a league victory over Wigan Athletic. The forward opened the scoring in what resulted in a 2-1 success in favour of Exeter.

Brooklyn Ilunga
Although he has now returned, Ilunga enjoyed a brief stint with Wealdstone, where he had previously joined on loan last season.

Ilunga - Wealdstone.jpegThe defender took to the field five times for the National League side before being recalled to Stadium MK.

Jonathan Leko
Jonathan Leko sustained an unfortunate injury during the debut game for his loan side, burton Albion.

Sadly, this saw the attackers season draw to an abrupt end. Leko has since returned to MK Dons, where he is currently being treated through his recovery process.
