Sullay Kaikai featured for Sierra Leone on Sunday as they secured their first 2023 African Cup of Nations Qualifying win.
The Leone Stars ran out 2-0 winners at the Adrar Stadium courtesy of goals from Abubakarr Samura and Alhassan Koroma. Kaikai, making his ninth appearance for Sierra Leone, played 68 minutes before being substituted with the score at 2-0.
Sierra Leone sit third in their AFCON Qualification Group A after their latest round of matches and will likely need to win both of their remaining games in order to have a chance of reaching the Finals.
Kaikai will now return to Stadium MK and re-join the MK Dons squad in preparation for this weekend’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Wycombe Wanderers.
