MK Dons will participate in three cup and trophy competitions throughout the course of the 2023/24 campaign.
Graham Alexander’s side will take part in both the Emirates FA Cup and Carabao Cup, as well as the EFL Trophy.
The draw for Round One of the Carabao Cup takes place this afternoon from 2.30pm and will be shown live on Sky Sports - MK Dons will be ball number 18 in the Southern Section of the draw.
Carabao Cup Round One matches are scheduled to take place week commencing 7 August.
Meanwhile, the EFL Trophy draw will also take place today, set for 11.30am and also to be shown live on Sky Sports.
MK Dons have already been placed in Southern Group F, alongside Northampton Town and Oxford United. Their third and final opponent will be an Invited U21 club, who will be selected in today’s draw.
Southern Section U21 Invited Clubs: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Fulham, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United.
All EFL cubs will play two of their three matches at home in the Group Stages, with the opening ties to take place week commencing 4 September.
The Emirates FA Cup, meanwhile, will not begin until November for MK Dons, who enter the competition at the First Round Proper stage which is set to take place on Saturday 4.
