MK Dons can confirm squad numbers for the 2023/24 season.
Graham Alexander’s men kick-off their Sky Bet League Two campaign this Saturday when they take on Wrexham at STōK Cae Ras.
All six summer signings have been issued with their squad numbers while there are some changes to those who remained with the Club from last term, though the majority have remained the same.
Alex Gilbey, who sealed a return to Stadium MK this summer, will, once again, wear the number 8 shirt – the same number he wore during two of his three seasons as a Dons player previously. Craig MacGillivray is MK Dons’ new number 1 while Cameron Norman is right next to him at 2.
MJ Williams will Don the number 6 shirt following his arrival from Bolton Wanderers, with Nathan Harness (12) and Tommy Smith (15) also being issued with their first squad numbers as MK Dons players.
In terms of changes, Jonathan Leko, who wore 12 last term, is the Club’s new number 7. Ethan Robson has returned to the 17 shirt which he sported during his loan spell at Stadium MK in the 2021/22 season. Meanwhile, Max Dean (18), Brooklyn Ilunga (19) and Matt Smith (22) all have new numbers.
Young pros Joel Anker, Ronnie Sandford and Charlie Waller have been issued 23, 31 and 35 respectively.
