MK Dons Women are pleased to announce that Under-16s RTC player, Amelie Le-Tallec has been invited in to train with the Wales Under-15s national squad this season.

Amelie (14), having only just joined the RTC (Regional Talent Centre) at MK Dons, has previously played for Arsenal’s RTC Under-14s and before that, she was one of very few girls to play for a boys team in the JPL league.

When questioned about her Stadium MK experience so far, Amelie had this to say "I am new to MK Dons, but the club has been really welcoming.

“The level of coaching has been amazing and there is a real focus on individual development which I love. I am already benefitting from the opportunities given to me here as we played against the Wales Under-15s team during preseason.

“It’s really exciting to be invited into Wales’s training facilities. I will just enjoy the experience, give 100% and see what comes of it.”

Girls’ Football Development Manager, Jon Dewick commented on Amelie’s oppurtunity "This is a fantastic opportunity for Amelie.

“Amelie has only been with the RTC since July, but she has settled well within the group and has made real progress already.

“All RTC staff are proud of Amelie’s progress and to have another player experience international recognition is great for all involved within the RTC."
