Troy Parrott’s strike against AFC Wimbledon has been named the Papa John’s UK MK Dons Goal of the Month for April.
Parrott earned MK Dons a late point at the Cherry Red Records Stadium when he fired home a stunning volley off the underside of the crossbar, after being picked out in the box by Dean Lewington.
The effort, one of 10 that the Irish international scored for MK Dons this season, was also named the Club’s Goal of the Season at The Awards 2022.
Parrott was presented with the award prior to the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Semi Final Second Leg with Wycombe Wanderers at Stadium MK.
