Liam Manning has been nominated for February’s Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award.
Manning led MK Dons to 14 points from six unbeaten matches thanks to four wins and two draws. Amongst the four victories was an impressive away triumph at promotion-chasing Sunderland as well as a 2-0 success over in-form Bolton Wanderers at Stadium MK.
What’s more, his side only conceded three goals in the entirety of last month and kept three clean sheets.
Manning is the reigning Manager of the Month having received the award for January. He is two-time winner this season, having also claimed the honour back in September.
He is nominated alongside Neil Harris (Gillingham), Darren Moore (Sheffield Wednesday) and Paul Warne (Rotherham United). Winners will be announced at 6am on Friday.
The Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel comprises former MK Dons manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
