As we all know, getting out and having a chat can do wonders for our mental wellbeing.

Following the walk, we’ll head to Lewington’s bar for a nice cuppa tea or coffee, and don’t worry… we’ll also supply the biscuits!
Supporters who are unable to join the walk can meet us in Lewington’s bar at 12pm for a hot drink.
