Kaine Kesler Hayden has been called up to the England U20s squad to face Poland and Germany in the U20s Elite League.
Kesler Hayden will join up with the Young Lions squad on Sunday to prepare for facing Poland in Bielsko Biala on Friday 25 March and Germany at the JobServe Community Stadium in Colchester on Tuesday 29 March.
Due to the full-back’s call up, alongside Connor Coventry’s selection in the Ireland U21s squad and one further international recognition set to be announced this afternoon, MK Dons have postponed their fixture with Crewe Alexandra.
The clash with Crewe was set to take place at Stadium MK on Saturday 26 March but, due to the three international call-ups, this fixture will be rescheduled.
England’s U20s currently sit fourth in the Elite League, with Kesler Hayden having been involved in the squad’s four previous matches in the competition. The 19-year-old received his first England U20s call-up back in September 2021 although has represented his country before through the U19s.
