This Saturday sees MK Dons and Wigan Athletic go head-to-head in a third versus second clash at Stadium MK. However, the action isn’t restricted to the pitch.
All week, the Club has been supporting Level Playing Field’s Weeks of Action by celebrating inclusion at Stadium MK.
Stadium MK has hosted a variety of inclusion events to support the campaign in their 18th year and it all culminates in this Saturday’s fixture being the dedicated matchday for Level Playing Field as well as the Club’s annual Ability Counts Day.
Prior to kick-off, MK Dons Sport and Education Trust will be hosting a series of Inclusion football friendlies at Woughton on the Green with invited guests from Southampton, Brackley, Northampton SEND school, Maclyntrye, and many more.
Attention then turns to Stadium MK and fun activities in the Young Dons Zone open from 1.30pm. With support from Title Sponsor Suzuki, there will be face painting, badge making, table tennis, air hockey and FIFA on the Xbox. Keep an eye out, too, for a special Ability Counts Day programme.
From 2pm, the MKFM Pre-Match Show kicks off with MKFM Breakfast Show hosts, Darren & Lia, taking to the mic. Joining the show will be MK Dons SET inclusion players as well as Season Ticket holders, Jo & Jeff. There will also be exclusive video content so take your seat, sit back and watch on the big screens.
The Club’s final activity of the day will take place at half time when participants from MK Dons SET inclusion football teams take a lap of honour around the Stadium MK pitch. Please stay in your seats and get ready to cheer them on!
Tickets for Saturday's Ability Counts Day are priced from £22 adults, £17 over-65s and £7 under-18s while under-12s go FREE. Upgrades are available to East Centre and West Centre.
