Holland produced 13 goal contributions throughout his 2021/2022 campaign, one of which was at Stadium MK.

The former hammer started his career at Everton's U23, before his move to West Ham. During his time with the premier league club, Holland made two senior appearances. One against Wolves in the Premier League, and the other during an EFL Cup fixture, where they faced Bolton Wanderers.

Holland signed for MK Dons, after his loan spell with Oxford concluded. When questioned about the transfer, the winger said: “I’m looking forward to this opportunity.

“I had a meeting with Liam Manning and Liam Sweeting, they gave me an insight into the club, and what they’re looking to achieve. It’s something that’s been in the pipeline for a few weeks, so I am very excited to get it over the line.

“I took my decision very seriously, and I realised early on that this is a great club, who are very professional. I watched the games last year and the team were very unlucky, I thought they deserved more. It’s a fresh start, as well as a fresh opportunity in a new environment, it’s something I’m looking forward to and I’m delighted to be here.

“I spoke to Dan Kemp and Conor Coventry before I arrived, they only had things, in very high regard to say about the club. MK Dons have a very good style of play, which is entertaining and great to watch. I’m glad to be a part of that now.

“Everything feels perfect, I can’t wait to get on the field and start training with the lads. This is a brilliant platform for me, and it’s up to me to take this opportunity”

Holland discussed his past experience with Manning and stated that they have ‘a very good relationship’, he also mentioned that the manager and Sweeting were ‘a massive part’ in his arrival at the club. To finalise the interview, the newly signed Don said this:

“I’m very happy to be here, and I can’t wait to get on the pitch with all the lads.”
