Grant moved to MK Dons from Rochdale for an undisclosed fee, the midfielder delivered a total of eight goal contributions within his Sky Bet League Two campaign, last season.
The former Rochdale player said that the move was ‘very exciting’ and ‘he can’t wait to get going’. When questioned about the transfer, Grant said:
“I first heard about the interest in the summer, I had a conversation with Liam Manning and Liam Sweeting, and I was very impressed with what they had to say.
“The club gives young players opportunities and that’s why I’m here, hopefully I can take my chance and have a good season. I can’t wait to get started, the stadium is one of, if not the best in League One, I can’t wait to play here.”
The next question was centred around Grant as a player, for those fans who may not be familiar with the midfielder’s style of play. The newly signed Don stated that he is ‘A creative attacking player, who will give 100% every game’.
Grant repeatedly expressed his excitement, and said that he ‘can’t wait’ for pre-season and the first game of the campaign, away against Cambridge United.
