George Baldock has become the ninth player to come through the MK Dons Academy and play for their country at senior level.
Baldock, who came through the Dons’ youth ranks and made 125 club appearances before joining Sheffield United in June 2017, made his international bow for Greece last Thursday as a stoppage-time substitute in their 1-0 win over Northern Ireland in Belfast.
The defender was then handed his full debut on Sunday night and he helped Greece beat Kosovo 1-0 in Prishtina.
Baldock is the ninth player to come through the MK Dons Academy and represent their country at senior level.
He follows in the footsteps of Liam Kelly (Scotland), George C Williams (Wales), Dele Alli (England), Tom Flanagan (Northern Ireland) and Kevin Danso (Austria), Max Crocombe (New Zealand), Adam Chicksen (Zimbabwe) and Brendan Galloway (Zimbabwe)
