MK Dons Women have started their pre-season campaign with back-to-back victories.
Charlie Bill’s side kicked off their summer of friendlies with a 2-0 triumph of Cambridge United at Fairfields Sports Hub last Thursday.
Both goals were scored in the second half, first through RTC graduate Leoni Miceli and then from Therese Addison, appearing as a trialist before later putting pen to paper on a contract to play for the Dons this season.
Then, on Sunday morning, MK Dons travelled to Peterborough United and made it successive victories courtesy of a 3-0 win over Posh.
A first-half brace from a Dons trialist had them ahead comfortably at the break before Mollie Coupar added a third in the second period.
Next up for MK Dons Women, who begin their 2022/23 campaign in late August, is a home friendly with Stoke City at Fairfields on Sunday. Kick-off is at 2pm and entry is priced at £1, payable on arrival.
