Nathan Holland says the MK Dons players are raring to go as they approach the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
The Dons kick-off their Sky Bet League One season in just over a week’s time, with only one more warm-up match on schedule before the trip to Cambridge United on Saturday 30 July.
Speaking after last week’s friendly with Norwich City Under-23s, Holland says the group has come together during pre-season and are excited to get things started next week.
“Pre-season is about getting sharp and everyone is doing that while building relationships on the pitch,” Holland told iFollow MK Dons. “It is a good feeling.
“It’s gone really well. I’ve only been here a few weeks but I feel like I’m getting stronger, as well as building connections with the lads. It’s got me excited for this season.
“We’ve been working hard but we’re raring to go and looking forward to the start of the season.”

MK Dons begin their 2022/23 campaign on Saturday 30 July when they travel to the Abbey Stadium to take on Cambridge United.
Tickets are priced at £24 adults, £18 concessions, £12 under-18s and £8 under-12s while under-5s go FREE.
Official away travel is available for this fixture, with coach spaces priced at £20 Season Ticket holders/members and £21 all other supporters. Coaches will depart Stadium MK at 11.45am.
