Cumming spoke with the press to discuss his return to Stadium MK, as well as his aspirations for the upcoming campaign.
Cumming was brought back to Stadium MK, on a season-long loan after the goalkeeper displayed impressive performances throughout his 2022/2023 campaign.
The Chelsea loanee said that he received ‘a lot of messages from fans asking him to come back’ he then made it clear that he ‘was interested in returning’. When questioned about his experience at MK Dons, Cumming had this to say:

“One thing I know about this club, is that their recruitment is great. There has been a big turnaround, much like there was in January, but they continue to bring in players that suit the style of play and it’s been really positive so far.”
The Dons keeper arrived at pre-season training after his transfer back to the club on the 9th July, when questioned about pre-season and his excitement for the upcoming season, Cumming said: “It’s all about getting your sharpness back.
“Although I was doing gym work whilst I was away, there's nothing like being in that goal and seeing the ball. It took me a couple of weeks to get back, but I'm up to speed again and excited to play, our aim this season is to go one step further.”
