Zak Jules helped Fleetwood Town to a clean sheet and a victory on his Cod Army debut.

Jules, who moved on loan to Highbury Stadium late last week, was immediately handed his first start by manager Stephen Crainey and repaid the faith with a strong defensive performance in Fleetwood’s 1-0 win over promotion-chasing Rotherham United.

Meanwhile, Lewis Johnson played 74 minutes as Banbury United stretched their unbeaten run to nine games with a 2-0 win over AFC Rushden and Diamonds.

John Freeman also featured for Chelmsford City in their goalless draw with Welling United – the midfielder was brought off the bench with 23 minutes to play.
