MK Dons Sport and Education Trust are looking for a boys Football Operations Officer to help establish and develop opportunities for participants within the Boy’s Football Pathway programmes.
As a Football Operations Officer, you will work closely with the participants within multiple footballing programmes that MK Dons SET have to offer. It is expected that you will work for at least 37.5 hours throughout the week.
The Boys Football Pathway Manager will be the person you report to, as well as work closely with to achieve the development of young football players.
Within this role, you will be responsible for organising all activity throughout session delivery, coordinating coaches, development fixtures and player progress. It is imperative that you have great teamwork and communication skills.

· FA Safeguarding Children Course
· Experience in coaching boys’ football
· Knowledge and understanding of working with young players U7 to U18’s
