A brace from Tommy Blennerhassett earned MK Dons Under-18s a 2-2 draw with Leyton Orient on Saturday.
Zech Obiero put Orient ahead after just six minutes but Blennerhassett levelled the scores midway through the first half as he pounced on a heavy touch from the home keeper and slotted into an empty net.
Nine minutes later, the first-year scholar capitalised on another defensive error to double his tally and put the Dons in front.
It wasn’t enough to secure all three points, however, as Obiero scored a second soon after the break to earn a share of the spoils from the Londeners.
