What to expect
Aims to make small, gradual lifestyle changes to ensure long-term benefits
Increase confidence and self esteem
Promote independent living
Improve health and wellbeing
Improve prospects for employability
Reduce social isolation
Multi-sports sessions to encourage teamwork and improve fitness

Sessions are for ex and current Armed Forces and run every Saturday and every Tuesday. You can choose a group which suits you from the list below.
On some of the sessions, you’ll have the option to watch an MK Dons home league game at Stadium MK.

This FREE Veteran’s programme is ideal for families and is designed to support adults to engage in their children’s learning, as well as promoting healthy lifestyles, family time and teamwork.

Sessions are for ex and current Armed Forces and their families. Adults can be parents, carers, grandparents or any member of the extended family.
You’ll also have the option to watch an MK Dons Women’s game at Stadium MK.
