Level Playing Field (LPF) are asking supporters to complete their annual fan survey, to help clubs and governing bodies improve access and inclusion for disabled supporters.
The results of the survey will give LPF a clearer understanding of disabled fans' experiences and help them to provide better support. The results will be shared with clubs and governing bodies.
At the end of the survey, there is also the option to sign up for their newsletter by providing your name and email address.
