Dean Lewington has tied Alan Knight for the fifth most league appearances for one club in post-war English football history.
The Club captain has played 683 league matches for MK Dons, which is level with former Portsmouth goalkeeper Knight. He is now 30 behind Southampton’s Terry Paine, who is fourth on the all-time list with 713.
Meanwhile, Will Grigg (23) has taken sole possession of 10th place in the Club’s list of all-time league goalscorers. He has surpassed Peter Leven (22) and is now just two behind ninth-placed Ben Reeves (25).
Grigg (25), who made his 50th league appearance for MK Dons in Tuesday’s clash at Gillingham, has also tied Shaun Williams (25) for 10th position in the Club’s all-time goalscorer chart.
Tuesday also saw Josh McEachran make his MK Dons debut. The former Chelsea midfielder, who joined the Club on a short-term deal earlier this week, is the 257th player to feature in a league match for the Dons.
Finally, Warren O'Hora scored the Dons' second goal at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium with what was his first goal in senior football.
