MK Dons can confirm striker Cameron Jerome will join Sky Bet Championship outfit Luton Town when his contract expires at the end of the month.
Jerome, 34, spent one season at Stadium MK, after joining the Dons in October 2020, and scored 15 goals in 38 appearances.
