8 July 2021

MK Dons Women are delighted to announce Charlie Bill has put pen to paper on a new 12 month contract that will see him remain Head Coach for the 21/22 season.

Entering his third season as the clubs Head Coach, Bill has played a vital role in developing the women’s team on and off the pitch. On signing his new contract Bill had the following to say.

‘I am delighted once again to continue my journey here at MK Dons Women. The progress that has been made in the last 5 years has been incredible and this is something I want to continue to be a part of. We have a fantastic group of staff & players all passionate about taking us in the right direction. The last two years have been really tough for everyone involved, we now can't wait to get started for a full season of football. It’s important we continue to make improvements both on and off the pitch, in what is going to be a really exciting 12 months for Milton Keynes and women’s football.’

On the news of Bill extending his contract, Jack Sharp, Head of Football & Performance had the following to say.

‘To keep Charlie as our head coach moving forwards is brilliant news for this football club. His dedication, work ethic and leadership has provided a fantastic foundation for the club to develop upon in the future. He has changed the culture and feel of the club, playing a key role in developing our processes. The last two seasons of interrupted football have been navigated fantastically well by Charlie and his back room staff. We all look forward to a positive season ahead.”
