MK Dons would like to provide Season Ticket holders with an important update regarding the new ticketing system.
As you may be aware, the Club have just launched a NEW ticketing system. The new system allows us to produce digital tickets, supporting our efforts to reduce paper and become a more modern and environmentally conscious Club.
GO DIGITAL
For those wishing to go digital, no action is required. Your digital Season Ticket will become available online in ProVenue on 01/08/2021
SETTING UP YOUR NEW ACCOUNT
Each Season Ticket holder account will require a unique email address. If you have not previously provided the Club with a unique email address for each Season Ticket holder, please do so before registering with the online system. You can email boxoffice@mkdons.com or call 01908 622922

PHYSICAL SEASON TICKET
For Season Ticket holders who did not respond to our email by 28th July, you will receive a digital ticket automatically. Your digital Season Ticket will become available online in your ProVenue account on 01/08/2021.
UNDER 12S
All Under-12 Season Ticket holders will automatically receive a physical Season Ticket. This will be posted within the next few weeks.
Please note: If we do not hear back from you by Wednesday 28 July you will automatically be issued a digital Season Ticket.
