Regan Poole has completed a move to Lincoln City for an undisclosed transfer fee.

Poole departs after making 50 appearances for MK Dons, during a 19-month spell at Stadium MK.

Russell Martin told mkdons.com: “We were made aware of the interest in Regan a while back. Regan is a really good pro, whose attitude and application is fantastic, so when he expressed a desire to leave, it was only right we gave him the opportunity to explore the option.

"From our point of view, we've managed to secure a good financial deal for somebody who we don't see playing regularly. We wish him all the very best but our focus is now on replacing him, and that's something we've planning for, given the lengthy interest there has been in him."

Poole joined the Dons on a free transfer from Manchester United in June 2019 and went on to maje a total of 50 club appearances, 38 of which came in the league.

He scored four goals, including a brace in the Papa John’s Trophy win over Norwich City Under-21s earlier this season.

The Club would like to thank Regan for his contribution during his time at Stadium MK and wish him every success in the future.
