Wednesday's Cheltenham Town clash postponed

Visitors unable to fulfil the fixture...

28 December 2021

MK Dons’ Sky Bet League One clash with Cheltenham Town, scheduled for Wednesday at Stadium MK, has been postponed due to visiting club being unable to fulfil the fixture.

Cheltenham Town informed the EFL on Tuesday morning of a number of positive COVID-19 cases and injuries in their squad. MK Dons received confirmation this afternoon that this fixture will now be postponed.

In light of the increased transmission rate of the Omicron variant, the EFL will review the circumstances surrounding the postponement. A rearranged date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course.

Tickets purchased for the game, including those as part of the Club’s festive Two for One offer, will be valid for the re-arranged date. Any supporter who has purchased as part of the Two for One offer and is unable to make the re-arranged date, once it has been confirmed, will be able to exchange their ticket for another home league fixture.

As things stand, the Club expects the New Year's Day fixture with Gillingham to go ahead as planned.
