MK Dons Under-18s were beaten 3-2 by Gillingham at Woughton on the Green on Saturday morning.
Goals from Harry Riley and Lewis Johnson were not enough for Lee Collier's side to earn a point from the fixture.
The result leaves The Young Dons 4th in the table after their opening four games.
They'll look to bounce back next Saturday against Leyton Orient Under-18s.
