Both Hiram Boateng and James Holmes were second-half substitutes for their respective loan sides in the latest round of fixtures.
Having joined Cambridge United on Friday afternoon, Hiram Boateng was named as a substitute for their Sky Bet League Two clash with Newport County.
A Paul Mullin brace secured all three points for Mark Bonner's side - who now sit second in the table. Boateng replaced Adam May for the final 16-minutes of the game at The Abbey Stadium.
James Holmes, meanwhile, replaced Tom Cookman with at half-time for for Biggleswade FC.
