Daniel Harvie's Scotland made it back to back wins in their quest for qualification as they beat Czech Republic 2-0.
Harvie played the full 90-minutes, as goals from Fraser Hornby and Ross McCrorie secured the win over top of the table.
Scotland now face San Marino on Tuesday afternoon as they look to make it three wins in a row.
Poole and his Wales Under-21s side face a difficult fixture against a strong Belgium outfit in their Group I game.
Belgium ran out 5-0 winners over Wales, leaving them fourth in the table with six points from four games.
Poole is back in action for Wales on Tuesday night as they face Moldova.
