MK Dons will welcome a limited number of supporters back to Stadium MK next month...

27 November 2020

MK Dons are delighted to announce that we will welcome a limited number of supporters back to Stadium MK next month, following the end of national restrictions on 2 December.

Following consultation with the relevant safety authorities, as well as the MKDSA and representatives from our Supporter Working Groups, the Club can confirm its Return to Crowds policy for the three upcoming home league fixtures in December as well as the Papa John’s Trophy tie with Norwich City Under-21s at Stadium MK.

Allocation of tickets

LEAGUE MATCHES
MK Dons will be inviting applications for the following three home Sky Bet League One fixtures:

vs Burton Albion, Saturday 12 December
vs Peterborough United, Tuesday 15 December
vs Bristol Rovers, Saturday 26 December

As detailed in the Club’s compensation policy last month, tickets for these three fixtures will be distributed to Season Ticket holders only in a priority order. Season Ticket holders will be contacted to confirm which priority order they are in.

Please note, in the interests of safety, and to ensure Stadium MK remains a Covid secure environment, Season Ticket holders whose registered address is in an area under Tier 3 restrictions should not apply for these three fixtures, as Government guidance does not recommend travel from a Tier 3 area.

Priority Order:
Priority 1
- Season Ticket holders that selected Option 1 prior to the 21 November deadline

Please note that the number of Season Ticket holders who have selected Option 1 exceeds 2,000, so a ballot may need to be held.

Priority 2
- Season Ticket holders that selected Option 1 after the 21 November deadline
- Season Ticket holders that selected Option 2 or 3

Priority 3
All other Season Ticket holders and Members.

Corporate Season Ticket holders – those in clubGold, clubBlack and clubPlatinum - will be contacted individually with regards to their Priority order. The process to be applied for allocation of tickets will be similar to that of for all other Season Ticket holders.

Those supporters who selected Option 1 can apply for which matches they wish to attend from 5pm on Monday 30 November. You will be sent an email with details in how to apply, while application can also be made online using your online ticket account. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 4 December.

In the unlikely event that there are tickets remaining after the Priority 1 application process, supporters in Priority 2 (those Season Ticket holders who selected Options 2 and 3) will have the opportunity to apply for tickets, followed by those in Priority 3 after that.

In the event, however, that any fixture is oversubscribed, then a ballot will take place. Anyone applying for three fixtures will be guaranteed at least two games; anyone applying for two fixtures will be guaranteed at least one fixture; and anyone applying for one fixture will be guaranteed that game. Anyone unsuccessful will join a waiting list in the event tickets become available prior to the game.

In the interest of fairness and equality, Season Ticket holders with a disability and Season Ticket holders in clubGold, clubBlack and clubPlatinum will be balloted tickets in the same proportion to the number of ground and clubRed season Ticket holders entered into the ballot.

Season Ticket holders who apply will be advised, on Monday 7 December, for which games their applications have been successful.

Season Ticket holders will then be provided with paper tickets for the upcoming fixtures and will not use their Season Ticket cards. The Club will allocate every Season Ticket holder with a seat. Season Ticket holders will not be able to select a seat.

Tickets will need to be collected from the Box Office in person. In exceptional circumstances, due to mobility or travel distance issues, tickets will be posted.

Tickets will be issued on the basis they are non-transferrable. Be prepared to show photographic ID on entry.

PAPA JOHN’S TROPHY
MK Dons will be inviting applications for the following Papa John's Trophy fixture:

vs Norwich City, Tuesday 8 December

Papa John’s Trophy fixtures are not included in ground or clubRed Season Ticket packages and therefore tickets will need to be purchased for this match. Tickets will be priced at £5 adults and £1 under-18s.

Those Season Ticket holders in clubGold, clubBlack and clubPlatinum, who have automatic entry to cup fixtures included in their package, and have not asked for a refund, will be guaranteed a ticket but would need to apply by contacting the Commercial Team or the Box Office.

Similarly to the league matches, tickets will be distributed to Season Ticket holders first in a priority order. The priority order is detailed above.

Season Ticket holders in Priority 1 can purchase tickets from 5pm on Monday 30 November and have priority up until 5pm on Wednesday 2 December. These will be issused on a first-come-first-served basis.

If tickets remain, then those in Priority 2 will be invited to purchase tickets up until 5pm on Thursday 3 December. Again, these will be issused on a first-come-first-served basis.

If there are still remaining tickets after this time, they will be put on sale to other Season Ticket holders and Club Dons members up until 5pm on Saturday 5 December.

Any remaining tickets after that will be available for purchase to those supporters living in the Milton Keynes borough up until 5pm on Monday 7 December.

No tickets will be available to purchase on the day of the fixture.

Those in hospitality enjoying a meal will be seated on the Directors’ Balcony in the West Stand. Season Ticket holders will be pre allocated a new seat for the fixtures they are attending and will not be allocated their Season Ticket seat.
