FAQs related to your Season Ticket package...

15 May 2020

Have you got a question regarding your MK Dons Season Ticket? The following FAQs may be able to help you with your query...

Is there a chance that the 2019/20 season will continue?
Yes, the EFL has not yet cancelled the 2019/20 season. Clubs in the EFL are awaiting further guidance on a return to training date, which can be no earlier than 16th May, as set by the EFL. Further to this, the Government confirmed on 11th May that sporting events, such as football, could not resume for until 1st June at the earliest and that this would only be for broadcast and will take place behind closed doors.

If the remainder of the 2019/20 season is played behind closed doors, will I be able to view MK Dons fixtures online?
The EFL and a number of its clubs, including MK Dons, have a streaming service called iFollow. It is possible that the iFollow service may be extended to any fixture played behind closed doors. We are aware that the EFL are exploring how this may work amongst their member clubs.

If the remaining games are not played (or played behind closed doors), will I be able to get a refund on my 2019/20 Season Ticket?
The club acknowledges that 2019/20 Season Ticket holders will have missed out on four home games, should these not take place, or are played behind closed doors. If such a decision is made, we will look at a number of options to offer to our Season Ticket holders to ensure that no one loses out.

What is happening with MK Dons Women and MK Dons Academy games?
The 2019/20 season for the Women and Academy has been cancelled.

Is Stadium MK closed?
Stadium MK is currently operating with a small team of key workers. The MK Dons Box Office, Marshall Arena, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill are currently closed to visitors. MK Dons Sport and Education is operating as normal, delivering a range of initiatives beneficial to the community.

What about the Club Superstore
The Club Superstore will re-open for online orders from Wednesday 20th May.
