Following Tuesday's announcement that the 2019/20 Sky Bet League One season will be curtailed, MK Dons can confirm the compensation policy for Season Ticket holders as well as those who have purchased individual tickets or mascot packages.
Sky Bet League One clubs have voted to curtail the current campaign due to the Coronavirus pandemic, meaning the outstanding matches won’t be played and the table will be decided on a points-per-game basis.
MK Dons had nine fixtures remaining in the 2019/20 season, including four which were due to take place at Stadium MK. This will, of course, affect Season Ticket holders as well as those who have purchased individual home/away tickets and mascot packages.
The Club feels strongly that NO supporter should be left out of pocket and therefore the right to a refund on those missed games is indisputable.
Each Season Ticket holder will be able to find their refund entitlement in their online ticket account along with a range of different options that have been made available to help reduce the financial impact on the Football Club and allow MK Dons to move forward through this crisis with strength and optimism.

Official 2020/21 replica black shirt option
If you wish to select the official 2020/21 replica black shirt option then this would need to be done by 5pm on Friday 3 July 2020.
You will need select your chosen size when selecting it as an option online, by email or over the phone.
The Club will announce details of when your shirt can be collected, which we anticipate will be available to you in August. If you wish to have it posted to you, for a delivery cost of £4, this can be selected online when choosing your options.

INDIVIDUAL / CASUAL MATCH TICKETS
Oxford United (A)
Supporters are entitled to a full refund on their Oxford United away match tickets.
If any supporter would prefer to use their refund entitlement against away tickets in future, then the Club will provide this opportunity but would like to stress that there is no certainty that guidance from the government or EFL will permit away travel at the start of next season.
Supporters who purchased official away travel for the Oxford United fixture are also entitled to a full refund on their coach tickets.
