Season Ticket holders still have the opportunity to select how they wish to be compensated for the curtailed 2019/20 season.
Last month, Sky Bet League One clubs voted to curtail the 2019/20 campaign due to the Coronavirus pandemic, which meant the outstanding matches were not played and the table decided on a points-per-game basis.
MK Dons had nine fixtures remaining in the 2019/20 season, including four which were due to take place at Stadium MK. This, of course, affected Season Ticket holders as well as those who have purchased individual home/away tickets and mascot packages.
The Club feels strongly that NO supporter should be left out of pocket and therefore the right to a refund on those missed games is indisputable.
Each Season Ticket holder will be able to find their refund entitlement in their online ticket account along with a range of different options that have been made available to help reduce the financial impact on the Football Club and allow MK Dons to move forward through this crisis with strength and optimism.
These options are available to view below. Please note, the option to receive an official 2020/21 replica black shirt, or a 50% voucher towards one, is no longer available. This offer had to be selected by 5pm on Friday 3 July.

The option to receive an official 2020/21 replica black shirt, or a 50% voucher towards one, is no longer available. This offer had to be selected by 5pm on Friday 3 July.
For those who selected this option prior to the deadline, the Club will announce details of when your shirt will be posted/can be collected, which we anticipate will be in August.

Oxford United (A)
Supporters are entitled to a full refund on their Oxford United away match tickets.
If any supporter would prefer to use their refund entitlement against away tickets in future, then the Club will provide this opportunity but would like to stress that there is no certainty that guidance from the government or EFL will permit away travel at the start of next season.
Supporters who purchased official away travel for the Oxford United fixture are also entitled to a full refund on their coach tickets.

Those who have purchased mascot packages for any of the fixtures which have been affected by the curtailment of the 2019/20 season are entitled to a full refund. To claim a full refund, please email boxoffice@mkdons.com.
