A look at the career of MK Dons' newest signing, Ben Gladwin...

Worked with Williams
During his time with Swindon Town, Ben Gladwin worked alongside current MK Dons Assistant Manager Luke Williams. The duo spent two years together at The County Ground with Gladwin speaking highly of Williams on his arrival to Stadium MK.
 
While with Swindon, Gladwin shared a dressing room with Ryan Harley with the duo playing alongside each other on a number of occasions. 
 
Non-League Groundings
Despite spending time in the prestigious Reading FC Academy, Gladwin would find his first taste of football in the Non-League. The 27-year-old would spend time with AFC Wallingford, Windsor & Elton, Burnham, Hayes & Yeading United, Burnham and Reading Town. 
 
The Midfielder also featured for Marlow, where he would move into professional football earning a move to Swindon Town.
 
Championship Move
After impressing over the course of two seasons with Swindon Town, Gladwin earned himself a move to QPR for a fee reported to be £3.5m. The midfielder would play 14 Sky Bet Championship games for The Rs, while he also spent time on loan at Bristol City and Swindon during his loan spell at Loftus Road.
 
Experience in League One 
Throughout the course of his career, Gladwin has racked up over 80 Sky Bet League One appearances and 15 Sky Bet Championship games. He has also scored 12 goals in England’s Third Tier, a record that is coupled with 14 assists. His best season in front of goal came back in 2014/15, with Gladwin netting 11 goals in 41 games – including play-offs.
