MK Dons have teamed up with Milton Keynes-based recruitment and training provider, Agenda Partnership, to recruit their newest commercial team member - Anesu Shiridzinodya.
Anesu recently joined the Football Club’s commercial department as Hospitality Coordinator and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of hospitality at MK Dons, including booking in hospitality guests and liaising with the events team.
He also supports the commercial team across all other areas of sponsorship, advertising and events.
Natalie Gallagher, Partnerships and Hospitality Manager at MK Dons, said: “The Hospitality Coordinator position is an important role for us, as it is vital in ensuring our hospitality delivery and supporter experience is befitting our world-class venue.
“Being in the middle of a busy football season, it was difficult for me to make time to go through the recruitment process from start to finish but Agenda listened clearly to the brief, both in terms of what the role entails and the type of person we were looking for. Working with Agenda Partnership certainly took the stress out of recruiting.”
Anesu was the successful applicant and joined the Club in early February. He added: “Agenda Partnership were great to work with and were key to me getting the role.
“My dream has always been to work in the hospitality and events industry, and with my love of football I was really excited about the opportunity here. I’m loving my time at Stadium MK so far.”
