MK Dons Under-18s played out a 1-1 draw with AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday afternoon in their latest Youth Alliance outing.
The visitors took the lead in the first-half after a well-worked move saw the AFC Wimbledon striker slot past Tom Carter and into the back of the net.
Lee Collier’s side, however, finished the half the strongest and were unlucky not to be on level terms after two efforts rebounded off the woodwork.
MK Dons continued to look for an equaliser after the break and eventually saw their persistence rewarded. Lewis Johnson was on hand to convert from inside the box as the young forward calmly converted into the back of the net.
