Aged just 22, Regan Poole has already picked up 93 Professional Appearances, and captained his country on numerous occasions.
The Defender made 25 appearances in all competitions for MK Dons last season, and it’s safe to say, he impressed both his boss and the Dons faithful.
Heading into his second-year at Stadium MK, the Welsh Under-21 Captain is looking to improve upon last season and become an important part of Russell Martin’s plans.
“I played just over 25 games last season,” Poole told the local media. “If I can do a bit better than that and get a few more games under my belt – I’ll take it from there.
“Everywhere I've been I've played difference positions – with Wales I play central midfield - I'm kind of all over the place. Hopefully this year I can lock down a position, keep my place in the side and play as many games as possible.
“You wouldn't have thought we were would struggle last season if you looked around the squad but these things happen in football. The way we picked up under Russ last season, I definitely think we should be aiming to finish higher this campaign.”
