Over the next few weeks, the MK Dons squad will be put to the test with a series of conditioning challenges.
The players have been split into four teams and will compete against each other to be crowned champion.
Team 1 – Lee Nicholls, Baily Cargill, Ben Reeves, Kieran Agard, Carlton Morris, Jordan Houghton, Callum Brittain.
Team 2 – Stuart Moore, Alex Gilbey, Jordan Moore-Taylor, Louis Thompson, Sam Nombe, Matthew Sorinola, Dylan Asonganyi.
Team 3 – Andrew Fisher, George Williams, Dean Lewington, Rhys Healey, Ben Gladwin, Conor McGrandles, David Kasumu.
Team 4 – Laurie Walker, Joe Walsh, Regan Poole, Jordan Bowery, Joe Mason, Hiram Boateng, Charlie Pattison.
Staff – Russell Martin, Tom Bromley, Simon Crampton, Ryan Harley, Callum Read, Adam Ross, Matthew Willmott,.
Each week, teams will take part in running challenges which they will need to complete in as fast a time as possible. Times will be added up between each team to give a total team time.
The team with the fastest total time will win the weekly challenge and gain three points, with the team in second collecting two points and the team in third collecting one point.
What’s more, there will be a staff team taking part as well. If any of the players’ teams are beaten by the staff then they will lose a point.
