Charlie Bill to remain as manager...

11 September 2019

MK Dons can confirm that Owen Evans is to step down from his role as joint manager of MK Dons Women.

During his time at the club, Evans has played a pivotal role in the success of the Women’s setup.

Initially as the development team manager, he was key to the transition of players from the development squad into the first team.

Evans was assistant first-team coach of MK Dons Women when they achieved promotion to the FA Women’s National League South in 2017/18.

In February this year, Evans was appointed joint manager of the side, alongside Charlie Bill, and the duo guided MK Dons Women to their highest-ever league position.

The Club would like to place on record it’s thanks to Owen for his huge contribution to the development of the female game at MK Dons, as well as the work he has done within the Sports & Education Trust.

An update on the structure of the club going forward will be provided in due course.
