George Williams insists MK Dons will keep fighting to turn around their form, as they prepare for an important meeting with Tranmere Rovers this weekend.
The Dons were beaten 1-0 by Fleetwood Town last Saturday - their seventh defeat in their last eight games and a result which has them lying 20th in the Sky Bet League One table.
This weekend, they entertain a Tranmere side who sit above them only on goals scored, and defender Williams knows it will be another crucial clash.
“Every game right now is huge,” Williams told the media after the loss at Fleetwood.
“We are at home, in front of the home crowd. We’ve got to be better, plain and simple. We’ve got to look at ourselves and everyone has to focus on improving.
“What else can we do but keep going and keep fighting. We’ve got to dig deep and stick together. It would be quite easy for us to start turning against eachother and the staff but everyone is sticking together.”
