Hate Knife Crime, #LoveMK

MK Dons to make a stance against knife crime this Saturday at Stadium MK...

30 October 2019

Following recent events that have affected our community, MK Dons will be making a stance against knife crime at this Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture at Stadium MK.

The Club will be using the big screens to display a simple message of “Hate Knife Crime, #LoveMK” throughout this weekend’s game. This will be supported by an Anti-Knife Crime message from Thames Valley Police, which will also be displayed on the big screens.

MK Dons are also aware that a section of supporters are to hold a minute’s applause during the match to raise awareness of the issue of knife crime.

The Club are committed to playing our part in doing what we can to promote an anti-knife crime message in our community, with the Sport and Education Trust particularly active in this area as part of their programmes of engagement with the young people of Milton Keynes.
