MK Dons are now back in pre-season training as they gear up for the start of the upcoming Sky Bet League One campaign.
With the first week in the books, Tisdale believes the early stages of pre-season are always enjoyable as he endures less stress.
“I really enjoy the first couple of weeks because there is little stress,” he told the media during his Thursday press conference. “I have no decisions to make! We haven't lost a game yet - so nobody hates me.
“Everyone has a smile on their faces, I blow my whistle, they all run around and we all go home - it's bliss!
“Then in about three weeks, I have to pick teams, people get the hump for not getting picked, then it's reality.
“No-one has had a bad game yet, no-one has been dropped, we haven't lost, we're all happy.”
