Jordan Bowery says he couldn’t ask for a better place to continue his career than with MK Dons.
The striker became Paul Tisdale’s fourth summer signing earlier this week when he made the move to Stadium MK from Crewe Alexandra.
Bowery, who netted 22 goals for the Railwaymen across two seasons, is exciting to get going with the Dons and help them build on the promotion they achieved in 2018/19.
“I'm delighted,” he told iFollow MK Dons. “This is a big club, with big ambitions - I couldn't ask for a better place to come.
“This is a place where I can see myself fitting in. This is a great stadium - it’s up there with one of the best ground in the country.
‘I like the way the manager plays - the style of football is good to watch and it will be good to play in.
“[Paul Tisdale] came to me with stats about how the team plays and it was really exciting. He was brutally honest with me and I couldn't give him any more credit and I already have a lot of belief in him.
“League One is a good challenge for us. There are some massive teams in there but if the fans back us, hopefully we can continue to be successful.”
