MK Dons reported to Stadium MK on Monday for the start of pre-season, as the countdown to the 2019/20 campaign well and truly begins.
Paul Tisdale’s squad underwent testing with the Sports Science and Medicine departments, with all bases covered - from fat percentage tests to cardiac screenings and from concussion baseline assessments to joint movement measurements.
The Dons then headed into the Lecture Theatre for their first meeting of the season with manager Tisdale, who outlined the expectations for the upcoming campaign.
Pre-season will continue on Tuesday when the squad head out onto the grass for the first time this summer. This will be followed by a rest day on Wednesday before training Thursday and Friday.
mkdons.com will cover all three training sessions this week while Paul Tisdale and two first-team players will meet with the media on Thursday to look ahead to the 2019/20 season.
