MK Dons’ second-year scholars visited Willen Day Hospice on Wednesday to help serve lunch and join in with the festivities at their annual Christmas Party.
The Young Dons were on hand throughout the party to spent time with the patients and volunteers as well as serve the three-course meals and pour drinks. They rounded off the visit off by singing Christmas carols, including a very passionate version of “12 Days of Christmas”.
The Day Hospice at Willen provides a friendly and supportive environment for patients who are cared for by a team of professional staff who are supported by a group of volunteers.
